Weston is the third offspring of a TELL the Truth and Victor's HemiAccoyo Americano pairing and we can see why these two have been repeated mated! All three offspring have outstanding conformation and fleece characteristics; the uniformity and consistency of genetic transfer is remarkable.

2008 cria, Americano's Veracity '09 histogram: 18.1, 4.3, 24%, >30 1.8% 2007 cria, Americano's Libra '08 histogram: 16.6, 4.0, 24.1%, >30 0.8%.

Weston's 2nd year fleece has the following histogram:  AFD 17.2, SD 4.6, CV 26.6%, >30u 1.3%, Medulated fibers 6.6%, Mean Curv 50.1, SD curv 29.0!  We couldn't be prouder!

Truth is a daughter of Aztec Avalanche, a Peruvian Hemingway son. Heminway is undoubtedly the most famous male to come from Alianza Macusani. Avalanche was exported to the U.K. in 2002 where he stands stud at Classical Mile End Alpacas. Avalanche’s dam, Ppperuvian Snowspirit, an Alianza import, was purchased by Aztec Alpacas in 1998 and since has played a significant role in their breeding program.

Truth’s dam, Tell Serenity is a Victor’s Vaccoyo daughter. Vaccoyo is a full Accoyo son of Pperuvian Victor. In 2002, besides Vaccoyo himself, Serenity had the heaviest shear weight of the entire herd at Tell Tale Farm. Vaccoyo has become one of North America’s best known herdsires, as he consistently transmits his phenomenal fleece characteristics of deep bold crimp and extreme density to his offspring. Americano’s prepotency is evident now with his own progeny on the ground. The fleeces of his offspring are very impressive and have always been an improvement over their dam’s fleece. They are fine, consistent, soft-handling fleeces with remarkable brightness.
