"I recently purchased some of the work socks and insoles from The Fiber House Boutique at Green Gable Alpacas. My feet were ALWAYS cold and after reading about the benefits of alpaca fiber, I decided to take the plunge and buy some. I have to tell you, I am so impressed! My feet have been toasty warm and comfortable. It is amazing that even though my feet might sweat while wearing them, the moisture does not stay like it does with regular socks/insoles. It feels like you have talcum powder on your feet soaking up the moisture. Also, I had been wearing the socks as slippers around the house so after a few days, I figured I’d better wash them. I would have thought from all the feet sweating that the socks would be, well, pretty stinky but............no odour!
"I highly recommend these socks/insoles to those that suffer from cold feet like I do. I would think anyone who works outdoors for a living would find these extremely beneficial for their feet. For active outdoor people, like skiers, snowmobilers, hockey players, think of how many more hours you can stay out on the hill, the trails or the rink with warm, dry, comfortable feet!!
